Life Activation

       This is the 22-strand DNA Activation that awakens your divine blueprint and heightens your connection with your Higher Self. It also enables you to bring in and hold more Light (positive energy) in your physical body, empowers you to maximize your potential to bring forth unrealized talents and abilities, and gives you more energy and clarity. It begins a process of releasing unconscious patterns (old emotional traps we fall into), while increasing your ability to use more of your brain and clears family and genetic karmic patterns.

The whole shebang!

This healing combines Usui & Karuna Reiki®, Sound Healing and Crystal healing for a powerful and unique experience.

Each session is intuitively guided and custom created for each individual every time. So you'll always receive exactly what is needed at the time of the healing. 

This healing and its results can vary greatly from person to person and from session to session, so you'll never experience the same healing twice.

Along with the Life Activation, this is one of the two most powerful experiences here at SSH.

Aura Healing

No matter how hard we try, there are countless things in our every day lives that can cause damage to our aura, such as stress, fatigue, negative emotions, substance abuse, poor diet, or even hot caffeine.

In this healing, damaged areas, or 'holes', in the auric field are identified, then repaired using Agape (agápē) energy.

Agape is a Greco-Christian term referring to "the highest form of love" or "the love of God for man and of man for God."

Shamanic Sound Healing

       The atoms that make up our bodies and everything else in the universe are comprised of more than 99% empty space. It is only by vibrating at particular frequencies that atoms have any substance at all. Additionally, more than half of an adult's body is made up of water, and Dr. Masaru Emoto's work has shown the effects that emotions and sound can have on water. Given all that, it's no surprise that sound can have a powerful, positive effect on our energy and health.

In this healing, you'll experience a range of various sound healing techniques, including vocal toning, singing, whistling, chanting, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan chimes, rain sticks, wood flutes, rattles and various forms of percussion. The healing is Divinely guided and may vary greatly from session to session, thus ensuring that you receive whatever frequencies and vibrations will be most beneficial for you at the time of the healing.

Crystal Healing

       Lay back and relax as you experience the beautiful energies of assorted crystals and gemstones placed on, around and sometimes under your body to charge your chakras, clear blockages, and cleanse and charge your entire energetic structure.

The crystals for each session are hand selected to meet your personal energetic needs, and can be used to treat a wide variety of physical, emotional and spiritual ailments.

Usui Reiki

       Reiki (ray-kee) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by the laying on of hands, and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us that causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Karuna Reiki®

       Karuna is a Sanskrit word used in Hinduism and Buddhism that can be translated as 'compassionate action.' When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are one. Therefore, it is natural to extend Karuna to everyone without distinction, because we are all one.

Similar to Usui Reiki, a Karuna Reiki® session is administered through the laying on of hands, though these sessions may also include toning and chanting of the symbols to add more power to the healing.
