My goal is for SSH to always be a safe space for all beings to learn, grow, and heal in whatever ways and through whatever means are the most beneficial for each individual. I offer many different modalities of energy healing in both private and group settings, guided meditations, and a small but growing line of energetically charged personal care and home products; all available to help you along your path and assist you in becoming the best version of yourself that you would like to be.
